212 .         Child Care Services Act 2007 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Child Care Services Act 2007 .

        (2)         In section 3 in the definition of managerial officer paragraph (a) delete “ Associations Incorporation Act 1987 section 3(1),” and insert:

                Associations Incorporation Act 2015 section 3,
