222 .         Liquor Control Act 1988 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Liquor Control Act 1988 .

        (2)         In section 37(2A) delete “incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 1987 ” and insert:

                incorporated, or taken to be incorporated, under the Associations Incorporation Act 2015
