ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION ACT 2015 - SECT 229

229 .         Taxation Administration Act 2003 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Taxation Administration Act 2003 .

        (2)         Delete section 67(11)(b) and insert:

            (b)         a director of a body that is incorporated or taken to be incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 .
