ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION ACT 2015 - SECT 46

46 .         Use of position

                An officer of an incorporated association must not improperly use his or her position to —

            (a)         gain an advantage for the officer or another person; or

            (b)         cause detriment to the association.

        Penalty: a fine of $10 000.
