(1) In this section
—
authorised person means —
(a) the
Commissioner; or
(b) a
person authorised in writing by the Commissioner to attend a meeting as the
representative of the Commissioner;
meeting means a meeting convened pursuant to a
direction under section 60 and includes an adjourned meeting.
(2) An authorised
person may attend a meeting and take part in the consideration and discussion
of the dispute or matter in relation to which the direction under section 60
was given and of any incidental matter.
(3) An authorised
person cannot vote at a meeting and is not to be counted for the purpose of
determining the existence of a quorum.
