ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION ACT 2015 - SECT 66

66 .         Obligation to keep financial records

                An incorporated association must keep financial records that —

            (a)         correctly record and explain its transactions and financial position and performance; and

            (b)         enable true and fair financial statements to be prepared in accordance with Division 3.

        Penalty: a fine of $2 750.
