Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Commissioner
may in writing require an applicant under section 7 to give public notice of
the application in some way that the Commissioner thinks appropriate.
(2) For the purposes
of section 9, the applicant must include in the public notice a statement in
wording approved by the Commissioner showing —
(a) that
a written request, including the reasons for the request, may be given to the
Commissioner by any person under that section; and
(b) the
period within which any request must be received by the Commissioner.
