Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A local government
is to keep an accurate and up-to-date register of cats registered by the local
government.
(2) The register is to
be kept in such form as the local government thinks fit.
(3) The local
government is to record in the register the information prescribed in respect
of each cat registered by the local government.
(4) The local
government may cause any error in, or omission from, the register to be
corrected.
