been lodged, or an application for review made under this Division against a
decision to —
(a)
refuse to renew the registration of a cat under section 9; or
(b)
cancel the registration of a cat under section 10; or
(c)
refuse to renew the approval for a person to breed cats under section 37; or
(d)
cancel the approval for a person to breed cats under section 38,
the effect of the
decision is suspended, and the registration or approval, as is relevant, is to
be taken to continue to have effect pending the determination of the
application unless the State Administrative Tribunal orders that the effect of
the decision should not be suspended.
