Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) This section
applies to a person who, immediately before the day on which the Local
Government Legislation Amendment Act 2019 section 92 comes into operation,
was a person appointed under section 48(1).
(2) The person is
taken to be an authorised person appointed under the Local Government Act 1995
section 9.10(2) for the purposes of this Act on the terms and conditions that
were applicable to the person’s appointment under section 48(1)
immediately before the day referred to in subsection (1).
