Any person who commits
an offence against this Act may, on conviction, be held by the court to be
liable for any loss or damage caused by the offence in addition to the penalty
for the offence, and the amount of such loss or damage or part thereof may be
awarded by the court to the CEO in fixing the penalty, and may be recovered in
the same manner as a pecuniary penalty.
