Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Notwithstanding
the provisions of the Financial Management Act 2006 , the Commission shall,
not later than 30 November in each year, prepare and furnish to the Minister a
report on its proceedings for the year ending on the preceding 30 June.
(2) The Minister shall
cause the report of the Commission to be laid before each House of Parliament
as soon as practicable after its receipt by him.
