CONSERVATION AND LAND MANAGEMENT ACT 1984 - SECT 90

90 .         Licences, form and effect of

                Licences shall be in the form approved by the CEO and, subject to the conditions and limitations expressed therein and to the regulations, shall authorise the licensee, in common with other licensees if any, to take and remove forest produce specified in the licence on Crown land.
