CONSERVATION AND LAND MANAGEMENT ACT 1984 - SECT 93

93 .         No transfer of permit etc. without CEO’s consent

                A permit, licence or contract, or the benefit thereof, shall not be transferred unless the CEO has consented in writing to the transfer.
