A person who
maliciously discloses that an allegation of misconduct has been or is or may
be about to be made to the Commission or the Public Sector Commissioner,
knowing the allegation to be false in a material particular, commits an
offence.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 3 years and a fine of
$60 000.
