DUTIES ACT 2008 - SECT 150

150 .         Unencumbered value of land assets or chattels

                Sections 36 and 36A apply, with any appropriate modifications, where it is necessary to determine the unencumbered value of land assets or chattels for the purposes of section 155(5)(a), 157(2) or 186.
