DUTIES ACT 2008 - SECT 161

161 .         Term used: significant interest

                In this Division —

        significant interest , in a landholder, means —

            (a)         if the landholder is a listed landholder — an interest of at least 90%; or

            (b)         otherwise — an interest of at least 50%.
