DUTIES ACT 2008 - SECT 241

241 .         If transfer is a reconstruction transaction

                Duty is not chargeable on the transfer of a licence for a vehicle if an exemption certificate issued under section 263(3)(a) in respect of the transfer is given to the CEO.
