DUTIES ACT 2008 - SECT 65

65 .         References to corporate trustee

                A reference to a corporate trustee is to the trustee of a discretionary trust if that trustee —

            (a)         is an unlisted corporation, other than an authorised trustee corporation; and

            (b)         holds —

                  (i)         dutiable property; or

                  (ii)         an indirect interest in dutiable property.
