Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Governor may
make regulations not inconsistent with this Act prescribing forms, fees and
all matters that by this Act are required or permitted to be prescribed or
that are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving
effect to this Act.
(2) The regulations
may impose a penalty not exceeding $40 for breach thereof.
