Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The State must be
divided into the same number of electoral districts as the number of members
of the Assembly prescribed by the Constitution Acts Amendment Act 1899 section
18(1).
(2) Each district will
return 1 member to serve in the Assembly.
