ELECTORAL ACT 1907 - SECT 170

170 .         Security for costs, how to be dealt with

                If costs are awarded to any party against the petitioner, the deposit shall be applicable in payment of the sum ordered, but otherwise the deposit shall be repaid to the petitioner.
