(1) On receipt of
notice of a declaration under section 111 of the
Guardianship and Administration Act 1990 in respect of an elector by the State
Administrative Tribunal the Electoral Commissioner shall cause the name of
that elector to be removed from the roll.
(2) A person whose
name has been removed from a roll pursuant to this section may claim in the
manner prescribed in section 42 to have his name entered upon any roll for
which he possesses the necessary qualification, but may not do so while a
declaration referred to in subsection (1) is in force.
