Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The date fixed as
the last day for the return of the writ shall not be more than 90 days after
the date of the writ.
(2) In the case of a
general election for the Council, the date fixed as the last day for the
return of a writ in the election shall be not later than 21 May in the year in
which seats in the Council are to be vacated by effluxion of time.
