Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Electoral
Commissioner is to appoint a place as the place of declaration of nominations
for an election for the purposes of section 86 or 87, as the case may be.
(2) The hour of
nomination for an election is 12 noon on the last day for the nomination of
candidates.
