(1) Where the
Commissioner is of the opinion that a complaint other than a complaint that
the Commissioner has dismissed under section 89, may be resolved by
conciliation, the Commissioner shall endeavour to resolve the complaint by
conciliation.
(2) The Commissioner
may, by notice in writing, require the complainant and the respondent, or
either of them, to appear before the Commissioner, either separately or
together, for the purpose of endeavouring to resolve the complaint by
conciliation.
