Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) There shall be
appointed under and subject to Part 3 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994
a chief executive officer and such other officers as are necessary to assist
the Minister, the Authority and the CEO in the performance of their respective
functions.
(2) The CEO may engage
persons as wages or field staff otherwise than under Part 3 of the
Public Sector Management Act 1994 and persons so engaged shall, subject to any
relevant industrial award or agreement, be employed on such terms and
conditions as the Minister determines on the recommendation of the Public
Sector Commissioner.
