FAMILY COURT ACT 1997 - SECT 205ZLA

205ZLA .         Object of Division — FLA s. 90AA

                The object of this Division is to allow a court, in relation to the property of a de facto partner, to —

            (a)         make an order under section 205ZG or 235A; or

            (b)         grant an injunction under section 235A,

                that is directed to, or alters the rights, liabilities or property interests of a third person.
