FAMILY COURT ACT 1997 - SECT 205ZLD

205ZLD .         Extended meaning of property — FLA s. 90AD

        (1)         For the purposes of this Division, a debt owed by a de facto partner is to be treated as property.

        (2)         For the purposes of —

            (a)         making an order under section 205ZG or 235A; or

            (b)         granting an injunction under section 235A,

        property includes a debt owed by a de facto partner.
