Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Director of
Court Counselling has all of the functions conferred on family consultants by
section 60 and any associated powers and duties.
(2) Without limiting
subsection (1), sections 62 and 63 apply to the Director of Court Counselling
while the Director of Court Counselling is performing those functions.
(3) The Director of
Court Counselling is responsible for administering the functions of family
consultants.
