Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Premier may
sign an exemption certificate stating that a document mentioned in the
certificate contains matter that is exempt matter under a specified provision
of clause 1 or 2 of Schedule 1.
(2) An exemption
certificate may be issued in a form that neither confirms nor denies the
existence of a document but states that if it did exist it would contain
matter that would be exempt matter under a specified provision of clause 1 or
2 of Schedule 1.
