Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts The powers to make,
alter, and annul rules conferred by Part X of the Supreme Court Act 1935 ,
shall be read as including power to make such rules as may be necessary or
convenient for regulating the practice and procedure of the Supreme Court to
be adopted for the purposes of this Act, and to alter and annul any such
rules.
