(1) To the extent a
guardianship order relates to the making of a treatment decision for the
represented person, the priority to be given to the order is determined in
accordance with section 110ZJ.
(1A) To the extent a
guardianship order relates to the making of a research decision in relation to
the represented person, a guardian appointed under the order may make the
decision only if the guardian is the research decision-maker for the person
the subject of the guardianship order.
(2) To the extent a
guardianship order relates to the performance of any other function in
relation to the represented person, the priority to be given to the order is
determined in accordance with section 119.
