LIMITATION ACT 2005 - SECT 16

16 .         Trespass to the person etc. — 3 years

                An action for —

            (a)         trespass to the person;

            (b)         assault;

            (c)         battery; or

            (d)         imprisonment,

                cannot be commenced if 3 years have elapsed since the cause of action accrued.
