Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A cause of action
to recover land in which a person has a future interest accrues when the
person becomes entitled to immediate possession of the land if, after the
person becomes so entitled and before the action is commenced, no person is in
possession under the interest claimed.
(2) Subsection (1) is
subject to section 77.
