LAND ADMINISTRATION ACT 1997 - SECT 115

115 .         Fees for permits

        (1)         The regulations may prescribe fees to be charged for the issue, renewal, transfer and amendment of a permit under this Division.

        (2)         A fee under this section is not part of the rent for the lease.
