Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Board may, on
an application from a pastoral lessee, issue a permit for the lessee to use
specified land under the lease for pastoral-based tourist activities of a
specified kind, if it is satisfied that the activities will be purely
supplementary to pastoral activities on the land.
(2) An application
must specify the tourist activity proposed, any facility proposed to be
constructed, and the areas of land proposed to be used.
(3) A permit under
this section may be issued for any period and subject to any conditions the
Board thinks fit.
