(1) The Minister must,
when the Minister makes an order, lodge the order with the Registrar for
registration.
(2) An order is not
subsidiary legislation within the meaning of the Interpretation Act 1984 .
(3) If a minor error
or omission has occurred in respect of an order, the Minister may, if to do so
will not prejudice any person affected by the order, by subsequent order amend
the order.
(4) An order amended
under subsection (3) is to be treated as having been made in its amended form.
(5) An order becomes
effective on registration.
(6) An order revoked
or replaced under section 165(4) ceases to have effect from the day the order
revoking it or replacing it is registered.
(7) An order amended
under section 165(4) is to be treated as having been made in its amended form
from the day the order amending it is registered.
