(1) The Commissioner
and the Board are to establish an administrative mechanism to ensure that any
information relevant to their respective responsibilities in relation to land
under pastoral leases is exchanged between them.
(2) The Commissioner
must, not later than 31 December in each year, furnish to the Board a report
on the current condition of land under pastoral leases in the State, by
reference to regions of the State as defined by the Board for the purpose.
