(1) If —
(a) a
taking order includes land subject to a management order and the management
body is not a State instrumentality; and
(b) as a
result of the order, the management body will lose the use of structures
erected or improvements made by the management body on the land in accordance
with the terms of the management order,
the management body is
entitled to compensation from the acquiring authority for the depreciated
value of those structures and improvements.
(2) A management body
is not otherwise entitled to compensation for the revocation or variation of
the management order by the taking order.
