Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A claimant may
request that the claim be satisfied, in whole or in part, by compensation in a
form other than money (for example by the transfer of property or the
provision of goods or services).
(2) If such a request
is made the acquiring authority must —
(a)
consider the request; and
(b)
negotiate in good faith in relation to it.
