(1) If the acquiring
authority disputes a claimant’s title to the interest in land, or to
some part of the interest, it must serve on the claimant a notice in an
approved form within 60 days after the service of the claim, or, if further
particulars were demanded, within 60 days after the particulars were
furnished.
(2) If no notice
disputing the title of the claimant is served in accordance with this section,
the acquiring authority is deemed to have admitted the claimant’s title.
