At any time before a
claim for compensation is settled in full, if proceedings for determination of
the amount of compensation have not been commenced in any court or before the
State Administrative Tribunal, the claimant may with notice to the acquiring
authority amend the claim only as to the amount claimed and the authority may
with notice to the claimant amend the offer of compensation.
