wishes to reject an offer or amended offer of compensation must serve on the
acquiring authority, within 60 days after service of the offer or amended
offer, a notice in an approved form rejecting the offer.
(2) If notice of
rejection is not given within that time, the offer or amended offer, as the
case may be, is deemed to have been accepted.
