compensation or purchase-money to be paid to any person is determined by
agreement, the Minister may agree to grant to the person any easement, right
of way, right of occupation, or any other interest, or any right, privilege,
or concession in relation to the land designated for the public work, or any
part of it, in satisfaction or part satisfaction of the compensation claimed
by the person.
