Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Minister may,
with the consent of the claimant, in satisfaction, or in part satisfaction,
for any interest in land which is taken or purchased under Part 9, grant to
the person or persons from whom the land has been taken or purchased, any
interest in Crown land available to be granted or disposed of.
(2) The value of the
interest, together with any money compensation, must not exceed the amount
which it appears to the Minister would probably have to be paid if
compensation were made wholly in money in the usual way.
