Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts When under an Act a
railway has been discontinued or the line of a railway has been deviated and
as a result of that discontinuance or deviation land dedicated for the railway
is no longer required for that purpose, that land becomes by virtue of this
section Crown land free of —
(a) any
rights to minerals or petroleum; and
(b) any
estates, rights, titles, interests, claims or demands,
of persons to or in
respect of that land.
