Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) An application for
a dealer’s licence must specify each of the premises at which the
applicant proposes to carry on business under the authority of the licence.

(3) If an application
complies with subsection (1) in relation to any premises, the Commissioner, if
the Commissioner grants the application, shall authorise the holder of the
licence to carry on business at the premises under the authority of the
licence.

licence shall include particulars of all premises authorised under this
section.
