Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The owner of a
vehicle who elects to return the number plates relating to the vehicle as
mentioned in section 28(2)(b)(ii) shall send or deliver the number plates to
the nearest licensing or registering authority.
(2) The owner of a
vehicle, by taking the action specified in subsection (1), surrenders any
licence granted in respect of the vehicle under the
Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012 .
