MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERS ACT 1973 - SECT 32G

32G .         Payment to consignor

                Where a dealer sells a vehicle under a consignment agreement he shall pay the proceeds of sale as required by —

            (a)         the provisions of the agreement; and

            (b)         the terms and conditions prescribed for the purposes of section 32B(1)(b).

        Penalty: $5 000.
